You will receive your invoice within 24 hours after the last lot is sold. Please check your spam or inbox, and feel free to contact us by email if you have any questions.

You can place a bid on your favorite item by creating a Flanders Auctions account, reserving a telephone line, or bidding through one of our partner platforms (Drouot, Live Auctioneers, Invaluable, etc.).

At Flanders Auctions, the buyer’s premium is 25%. This premium is a charge based on the final hammer price that the buyer must pay. In addition to the buyer’s premium, the buyer is also responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

The resale right is an additional compensation fee granted to graphic and visual artists, including photographers, when their original artwork is resold by an art dealer or auction house. The resale right applies when the resale price of the work (excluding VAT) is €2,000 or more. The resale right is calculated as follows:

4% for the portion of the sale price up to €50,000
3% for the portion between €50,000.01 and €200,000
1% for the portion between €200,000.01 and €350,000
0.5% for the portion between €350,000.01 and €500,000
0.25% for the portion exceeding €500,000

However, the maximum resale right per artwork (per resale) is capped at €12,500.
