Gold and silver-plated metal in Gothic Revival style. 
Marked  'Calicem Salutaris Accipiam Et Nomen Domini Invocabo'.

With the matching shrine/box, paten, spoon and papers. 
Consacrated in Ghent, March 9th, 1931.
