A 'Chocolatière', silver and wood. Most likely Ypres, Belgium, 18th century 1,049kg. 

Heraldic for the family 'De Gheus', specifically for Jean-Baptiste de Gheus. 

Possibly made in Yper, but illegible marks.
'?F' possibly a  'Crowned DF' for De Fourmestaux Jacques Ignace II (1714-1790)

Total gross weight: 1,049kg. 
Net weight (without handle): 971g.
