A pair of figurines made of silver, enamel and sculptured ivory. They depict ‘Mary of Burgundy and Charles The Bold. Mary of Burgundy holding a falcon, Charles the Bold a flag and shield. The sides of the bases are dated 1433 and 1477, the birth and death dates of Charles the Bold. The coat of arms of Charles the Bold is depicted as an enamelled plaque on the figurine.
The statues are marked with silver marks for Jean Louis Schlingloff, Hanau, Germany.
