A sculptured ivory sceptre, sculptured mythological figurines. 19th C.

Finished with a sculptured image of Francis 1st of France, king of France, from 1515-1547. Under the image is a Roman numeral date MDXVII (1547). 

It is further decorated with heraldic images and mythological figurines. 

Probably made in Dieppe
The second half of the 19th century.
